MWC 2017: Chinese smartphone maker nubia to showcase latest range of Z-series smartphones

Chinese smartphone maker nubia on Wednesday announced that it will showcase its latest range of smartphone devices at Mobile World Congress 2017 (MWC 2017) in Barcelona, Spain, later this month. nubia’s latest Z11 mini S with an improved 23MP camera and metallic uni-body and nubia Z11 which comes with a revolutionary bezel-less design and the FiT 2.0 technology will be on display.

nubia’s smartphones have been available in key European countries including Germany, Spain, Italy, Czech Republic and Russia via online and offline channels and retailers, the company said in a statement. Apart from that, nubia Z11 Mini, nubia Z11 Max, and nubia N1 will also be on display at the event between February 27 and March 2.

This comes months after the company has announced the Nubia Z11 and Nubia N1 for the Indian market. While the Nubia Z11 was priced at Rs Rs 29,999, the Nubia N1 is priced at Rs 11,999. The Z11 featured a 5.5-inch Full HD IPS LCD display with a 2.5D curved Gorilla Glass 3 on top and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 quad-core processor on the inside clocked at 2.15GHz . The smartphone packed 6GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage that was expandable using microSD cards of up to 200GB in capacity. The company has been struggling to keep up in the Indian market, however it hopes to bounce back with these two new smartphones which were recently launched in China a few days ago.
