Lenovo to launch Moto G5 in India later today; Here is how you can watch the event live

Lenovo will launch the Moto G5, the fifth generation in the Moto G series, in India later today. The company will make the device official in a launch event scheduled to happen in New Delhi. We have embedded the YouTube link below for you to follow the event live.

The company has not announced the official pricing of Moto G5 at the time of writing, but we think that it will be under Rs 15,000. We already know that Moto G5 will be an Amazon India exclusive, unlike the Moto G5 Plus, which is a Flipkart exclusive. Lenovo had announced both the Moto G5 and the G5 Plus in MWC 2017 earlier this year.

The Moto G5 features a 5-inch Full HD LCD display with Gorilla Glass 3 protection. A Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 chipset is inside. The company announced 2 GB and 4 GB RAM in 16 GB and 32 GB flavours with microSD card support for cards of up to 128 GB. In the camera department, there is a 13 MP f/2.0 unit with PDAF on the back and 5 MP unit on the front that can record Full HD video. Connectivity options include NFC, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and dual SIM slots.

The Moto G5 gets a 2,800 mAh battery and comes with Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box. The handset will also get the Google Assistant after a quick update.
