Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro vs Moto G5 Plus vs Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 vs Lenovo P2: Here’s how they compare

Samsung just announced the launch of the Galaxy C7 Pro at an event held in New Delhi. Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro comes in a metal and glass construction with the back featuring an all-metal unibody design. There’s a 5.7-inch display on the front covered with 2.5D Gorilla Glass 4. It is a Super Amoled display featuring Full HD resolution.

Inside, the hardware is mostly mid-range. You get the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC clocked at 2.2 GHz that is also available on other smartphones in the market. It is a capable processor built using the 14 nm manufacturing process that makes power efficient as well. Samsung has also included 4 GB RAM and 64 GB of internal storage that can be expanded further using a microSD hybrid card slot up to 256 GB.

Conclusion

Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro will face a tough competition when it comes to the price of Rs 27,999 in the Indian market where Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 is offering good value proposition with the same chipset and RAM option. Lenovo P2 is offering similar specs and an Amoled display for Rs 16,999 is another option to consider.

One thing that does stand out for Samsung Galaxy S7 Pro is its 16MP front facing camera. So it is clearly targetted at a specific audience. Samsung has also done a fine job in terms of looks of the device. We still need to review the Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro before passing the final verdict on the real world performance.
