Elon Musk accuses Twitter of thwarting his due diligence, threatens to walk out of $44 Billion Twitter deal

Elon Musk has stated in front of regulators that he is entitled to measure how many spam accounts does Twitter have and that his due diligence is being thwarted by the microblogging platform. He has, for the first time on record, threatened to walk out of the $44 Billion deal.
