Delaware Court allows Twitter and Musk to complete merger by Oct 28, but Elon wants the case to be ‘cancelled’

Elon Musk is miffed with Twitter for not dropping the lawsuit after he offered to buy Twitter on the original terms. Twitter on the other hand wanted some assurance that Musk won't try to get out of the deal again before pausing litigation.
